– Responsible to manage and lead all activities of Aroma Brand as the development and execution of marketing plans and strategy including all merchandising strategy, promotional activities and product launches for Aroma Brand (Coffee & Non-Coffee product)
– Develop marketing strategy and marketing plan for business to be align with assigned budget, sales target, covering create marketing activities, promotions, campaigns, public relation and advertisement.
– Conduct integrated marketing communication both above and below the line especially social media to maximize brand awareness and image and boost sales.
– Develop brand activities and all brand marketing methords as the innovative marketing programs leveraging offline/online/digital initiatives while effectively managing the retailer relationships.
– Coordinate and meeting with sales division / corporate marketing division /finance & accounting division/ and other outsource and partner company
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
– Has 5 years of direct experiences in Trade Marketing from food & beverage business
– Experienced from coffee industry / coffee product / coffee realted product will be advantage.
– Good in Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
– Strong in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with analytical thinking.
